Tech Lead (E-commerce)

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of e-commerce solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with business needs;
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, supporting architecture decisions and resolving technical challenges;
• Work closely with Product, Business, and Technology stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions;
• Identify technical risks and dependencies, supporting delivery planning and promoting good engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Tech Lead, preferably in e-commerce environments;
• Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / SFRA);
• Experience with React and/or headless e-commerce will be highly valued;
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end software delivery;
• Experience coordinating development teams and driving technical decisions;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Organizational and communication skills.
