Application Support (Oracle/Microsoft)

Description

Main Tasks:

  • Manage and analyse incidents to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and come up with a permanent fix, ensuring proper root cause analysis;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to implement improvements and simplify the daily work;
  • Participate in setup of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;
  • Improve documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows.

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an application support;
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle (PL/SQL);
  • Previous experience working with Atlassian technologies (Jira, Confluence);
  • Knowledge in API's, JSON and programming languages such as Javascript, C#, ASP. NET are a plus;
  • Organizational and communication skills;
  • Proactivity and dynamism;
  • Good English level.
