
Service Manager
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously optimize the internal Acquiring service, ensuring service quality and performance;
- Monitor service performance through KPIs and metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment;
- Support incident and problem resolution by leveraging technical knowledge and coordinating with relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role;
- Experience with analytical tools and using KPIs/metrics to monitor and optimize service performance;
- Strong technical background with the ability to support incident analysis and problem resolution;
- Experience working closely with both business and technical teams in a service management environment;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Organizational and communication skills.
