Senior Digital Workplace Engineer

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Windows and Android device lifecycle management, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, including security policies, compliance, and update management.
• Automate vulnerability remediation and self-healing processes using PowerShell and AI-driven solutions.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Monitor Digital Workplace performance and resolve complex technical issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in igital Workplace, Modern Workplace, or End-User Computing environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Good knowledge of PowerShell automation, Conditional Access, identity management, DNS, SMTP, and MDM solutions.
• Proven ability to automate operations, implement remediation solutions, and reduce manual intervention.
• Knowledge of Networking and Linux systems.
• Microsoft certifications in Endpoint Administration, Identity & Access, Security, or Automation are valued.
• Proactivity and dynamism.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
