Product Owner - Data & Analytics (BI)
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and clarification alongside multiple business and IT stakeholders;
- Write clear user stories incorporating business needs and well-defined acceptance criteria;
- Manage, prioritize, and functionally refine the product backlog while actively supporting Agile ceremonies;
- Oversee functional tracking through to user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate final product deliverables;
- Organize and maintain comprehensive functional documentation;
- Track and measure product impact and post-delivery success metrics (example: ROI, NPS, customer satisfaction index).
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or Product Owner roles;
- Solid experience in Data, Analytics, Data Warehouse, and Power BI environments;
- Functional knowledge of data modeling (tables, relationships), with Databricks experience being a strong plus;
- Advanced Product Owner Certification (PSPO II or A-CSPO is mandatory);
- Strong autonomy, organization, and stakeholder management skills in complex enterprise ecosystems;
- Excellent communication and technical synthesis skills, bridging business needs and IT teams.
