Principal Engineer (.NET & Cloud Architecture)

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the technical vision and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives;
• Lead technology modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices, integrations, and modern engineering and DevOps practices;
• Support and mentor development teams by promoting best practices in CI/CD, test automation, observability, and software quality;
• Act as a cross-functional technical reference, collaborating with product and engineering teams on strategic decisions and continuous innovation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in complex enterprise environments;
• Strong experience in .NET development and backend system design;
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
• Experience with distributed systems, including microservices and/or modular monolith architectures;
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Organizational and communication skills.
