IT Demand Manager

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Qualify, scope, and assign non-standard work requests to the correct Workplace Product teams;
• Oversee demand planning and portfolio prioritization, ensuring resources, funding, and approvals are in place;
• Monitor the progress of the demand portfolio, ensuring effective closure and alignment with stakeholders;
• Coordinate transversal requests that require input and orchestration from multiple technical contributors.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Demand Management or IT Project Portfolio roles;
• Strong expertise in product catalogues, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models, and structured ITIL disciplines;
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and priorities within global or multicultural environments;
• Client-focused mindset with solid skills in process design and project delivery orchestration;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
