IT Business Analyst (Process Unity)

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide functional administration and operational support for the Process Unity platform across multiple entities;
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve IT incidents and ensure the continuity of business processes;
• Manage ticket tracking and incident handling using JIRA and ServiceNow;
• Support ongoing maintenance and stability of the system through reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Office tools;
• Contribute to the efficiency of the Center of Excellence by addressing functional requests and operational topics.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in IT Support roles;
• Proven experience in financial or risk-related environments;
• Previous experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, and advanced Microsoft Office skills;
• Familiarity with Process Unity platform or similar GRC/Risk tools will be valued;
• Knowledge of LOA-related activities is a plus;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
