Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and other project resources to obtain and document business requirements;
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, streamlining, and automation;
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement;
- Work with the development team to design and create functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis and software quality assurance processes. This includes designing, defining or streamlining work processes, documenting business processes and testing business application systems;
- Commercial systems experience within the Commodities Trading space, preferably in Grains and other agricultural products trading environment;
- Experience in Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems OR Financial Accounting;
- Knowledge of Database Query Tools and SQL coding;
- Previous experience in financial accounting will be valued;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets;
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work;
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Fluency in English.
